Surubul cu cap plat si saiba este confectionat din otel C1022 si acoperire prin zincare electrolitica cu duritatea mizeului de 240-425 HV si duritatea stratului superior de 560 MIN HV iar forta de rupere fiind de 4.5 Nm.
Acesta are un pas fin al filetului, un varf autoforant si cap plat special creat pentru a inlocui saiba. Surubul este destinat uzului general in constructii pentru fixari diverse in metal.
